myLoop, powered by CamAPS FX, is an automated insulin delivery (AID) comprising of the YpsoPump, a compatible continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor, and the CamAPS FX app hosted on a compatible smartphone.

You’ll need to exchange your pump for the YpsoPump 1.5x. Contact your local customer service team for support.
Check the serial number on the bottom of your YpsoPump. The bottom is the side where you replace the battery. The serial number is marked with SN.

If the serial number is 10092903 or higher, your YpsoPump is compatible with CamAPS FX. If it is lower and you are still within the warranty period for your pump, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement.
