To activate CamAPS Liberty, please follow these steps:

Important note: Please contact your diabetes care team before starting using with CamAPS Liberty.

• CamAPS Liberty will be activated upon request until further notice, after completion of the following video training, and once you have submitted the signed training completion form including your YpsoPump Serial Number - please find below where to find your Pump Serial Number - an 8-digit code:

• After this step, CamAPS Liberty will be available in the CamAPS FX app within three working days and activated by switching the toggle in the "Settings" menu and confirming the selection.

• If you do not see the CamAPS Liberty feature after three days, please contact your local mylife customer care team at service@mylife-diabetescare.ch.

• Please note that you might need to force stop your CamAPS FX app to make CamAPS Liberty visible.
