  • The person on the post must be at least 16 years old.
  • You may not impersonate someone else or provide false information, and you may not post for another person.
  • You must not do anything illegal, misleading or fraudulent or for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • You must comply with Instagram's Branded Content Guidelines, which require you to use the Branded Content Tool.
  • You must not do anything that disrupts or interferes with the intended operation of the Service.
  • You may not post another person's private or confidential information or do anything that infringes another person's rights, including intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit or pirated goods), without permission.
  • You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you post or share.
  • You may use our intellectual property and trademarks or similar marks only as expressly permitted by our trademark policy. In particular, you may not modify or translate our products or their components.
  • You must comply with Instagram's terms of use.

Our permissions

Your posts will only be used for display on the community page and will not be stored on Ypsomed servers. However, we do take the liberty of sharing or liking posts that we specifically like via our own social media channels.

By sharing your post and image on our community page, we do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to use it. However, in order to provide the service, we require certain legal permissions (called a "licence") from you. When you share or post content protected by intellectual property rights (such as photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works from your content. This licence ends when you delete your post on Instagram. You can also email us at any time with the subject line "Recall Community Page" and provide us with your profile name (handle) if you wish to withdraw your post from our Community Page. Additional rights we reserve

We reserve the right not to display your posts on the community page if they violate our ethics policy.

Specifically, we do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, stalking, doxing or dogpiling.
  • Hate speech, racism, sexism, name-calling or advocacy thereof
  • Discrimination
  • Violent nationalist propaganda, Nazi symbols or promotion of the ideology of National Socialism
  • Incitement to acts of violence
  • Sexual content or depictions of violence
  • Advertising and posts from advertising-only accounts
  • Posts from bots interacting with users without their explicit requests

Removal of content and posts

We may remove any Content and Posts that you share through this Service if we believe that they violate these Terms of Use or if we are required to do so by law. This also applies if we determine that it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to avoid or mitigate any adverse legal or regulatory impact on us. If we remove a piece of content or post, we will not notify you.

If you request the deletion of your post, the deletion process will be carried out within five working days of your request.

How do we process your data in connection with the Community Page?

To filter, curate and display the posts from Instagram, we use www.juicer.io. Juicer does not collect any personal data from the visitors who use their service. Details can be found in the privacy policy of Juicer https://www.juicer.io/privacy.

Ypsomed employees check the new posts daily (Mon-Fri) and activate them for the community page, provided they meet our requirements.

Your rights

Insofar as the legal requirements are met, you have the right to

  • receive information about how your data is processed;
  • have your post on the community page deleted;
  • request the deletion of your post;
  • you may at any time lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement;
