mylife OmniPod - Important Information

Ypsomed UK has been marketing, distributing, and selling the mylife™ OmniPod® Insulin Management System in the United Kingdom since 2010. On 21 July 2017, we announced in a press release that the manufacturer of the Omnipod® System, Insulet Corporation, will take over the marketing, sales, and distribution of the Omnipod® System, including all associated customer service activities, from Ypsomed as of 1 July 2018. Further details regarding this transition are provided below.

Takeover of marketing, sales, distribution, and customer service
Ypsomed UK will continue to provide service and customer care for the mylife™ OmniPod® System in the United Kingdom until 30 June 2018. The contact information for all your product support needs at Ypsomed UK will remain the same through that date.

From 1 July 2018, Insulet will assume all responsibility for the marketing, sales, distribution, and associated customer service activities for the Omnipod® System. You will receive a new Omnipod® package design and an article number which will be communicated to you by Insulet.

The Ypsomed mylife™ Software will remain available to users after 30 June 2018.
